Mary, Dot & John had a truly memorable and totally wonderful 5 days and nights and enjoyed being pampered and entertained by our host Gill accompanied by Emma & Alice. The apparently effortless attention to detail by Gill which ensured all our needs and comforts were satisfied. The expert guidance and arrangements for trips around the wonderful surrounding countryside and beaches were such that I would advise those planning visit rely on the advise offered by Gill. If youre planning a visit to this part of South Island I reccommend you make Kimeret Place your base and you will not be disspaointed. A wonderful place and a charming host. John E 5*

This is one of those places we will always remember because of -its fabulous view and environment -its silence and peace -Gills extraordinary hospitality -the beautiful rooms and perfect beds with great attention to detail -the unique breakfast -...... yes we could go on but we still have 350kms to drive today! This B&B is pure heaven. Gill is a fantastic host with a wonderful sense of humour. Her home is lovely, clean and with wonderful decor. Breakfast was fabulous. We stayed in the cottage as there were four of us (two couples) and we all felt completely at home, and would have loved to have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here when we come back to NZ and will recommend it to all our friends. Pauline W 5*

Definitely 5star plus accommodation. Gill made us incredibly welcome. The breakfasts were superb and help in making the most of our stay there was outstanding. We had a wonderful time and a great welcome from Gillian. The property is in a wonderful position and is central to both Nelson and Abel Tasman. To come to the point, it was excellent stay with Gill in KIMERET PLACE. The nice location with the fantastic view to the Tasman National Park Hills and the Tasman Bay. The breakfast could not has been better and we thank you for the nice stay. Even the New Year Dinner was delicious and an evening we won't forget so fast. So good luck for the next years. We had a perfect 2 night stay at Kimeret Place in early January 2007 and only wish that our stay could have been longer.

Beautiful room and surroundings. Gill was the perfect hostess and helped us to plan our activities in the Abel Tasman NP and booked local restaurants for our evening meals. She also provided the quickest laundry service that we've ever come across!!

Fantastic breakfasts (we especially enjoyed the Sunday special of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs).

We hope to visit the Nelson region again and certainly know where we will be looking to stay.

Our visit to Kimeret Place, and meeting you, was the highlight of our trip last year. We hope to go/come back to New Zealand for our honeymoon, whenever that may be; it's probably still a long way off. We had only one night at Kimeret Place, but could have happily stayed a week. Our Hostess,Gill was charming and saw to it that we had everything we wanted. The accommodation was first class and even the dog was made us feel really at home!! After a tiring journey to Nelson we had a swim in the pool to refresh us and in the morning a lovely breakfast to start us on our journey onwards Charles 5*
