We spent a two night Christmas break at
Kimeret Place enjoying the amazing
hospitality of owner Gill and her
assistant Alice, usually a B&B, Gill
extends herself to produce a full
Christmas Dinner with enough wine to
float a battleship on Christmas Eve, an
extra large packed lunch for the beach
on Christmas Day, and a BBQ in the
evening, some AI 5* establishments would
be hard pressed to match what Gill is
able to produce, she even produced a bag
of token Christmas presents for each
couple. We stayed in one of the studio
apartments away from the main house, but
this just added to the tranquility of
the position, being able to lounge on
our own deck with a glass of wine or a
beer, swim in the outdoor pool, or use
the hot tub in December was a little
surreal for a Brit, but to spend a
relaxing two days in the middle of our
trip around NZ was our aim, and Gill,
Alice and Kimeret Place were able to

New Years Eve Party 
Help us to celebrate the New Year by joining us for a Barbecue buffet dinner.
Imagine drinking cocktails and enjoying a selection of canapes on the deck watching the tide, with the sun setting and the barbecue chef cooking:
